No Refund Policy – Custom Talisman Orders
All talismans are individually and custom created upon order. Each piece is prepared specifically for the client and is therefore considered a personalized item.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of these items, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the talisman enters the preparation process and no cancellations, returns, or refunds can be accepted.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the item is being specially created on your behalf and that you accept the terms of this no-refund policy.
